Specialist Support Manager (SSM)
CMA is looking to appoint a second Specialist Support Manager (SSM) to provide support to CMA affiliate centres regarding:
- CMA Adviceline
- Catalyst Support
- Debt Relief Orders (DROs)
This is initially an 8 hour per week role, but with rising demand for the services more hours may be available in due course.
Salary pro-rata £26K plus expenses, contributory pension scheme, & Perkbox employee benefits.
Pro-rata 25 days holiday per year and pro-rata bank holidays.
Reporting to CMA’s Operations Manager, Mark Johansson, the successful candidate will work alongside our existing SSM. An appropriate pattern of work across the week will be agreed with Mark.
Candidates are required to be of Christian faith - GOR exemption applies.
