With the fast expansion of demand for CMA Hub Advice services as the Connect Centre network grows, we are looking to appoint, as soon as possible, an additional:
CMA Hub Debt Adviser
£22K pro-rata 16 hpw flexitime
This role is to provide debt advice for CMA Connect Centres and external agencies, remotely, employing phone, email and Zoom. The role would suit an experienced adviser who enjoys a fast paced environment, can manage a high caseload, is resourceful, and enjoys a challenge! You need two years experience as a debt adviser, and to have successfully completed CMA’s Level 3 generalist training course, or equivalent.
You would be joining a small, friendly, supportive team of advisers, dedicated to helping clients in need across the country.
