Fundraising Manager:
- 24 hours per week (0.6 FTE)
- Permanent Contract
We are looking for a Fundraising Manager who will be responsible for delivering a multi channel fundraising strategy that secures sustainable income for Community Money Advice (CMA). This role is vital in ensuring that CMA can continue providing excellent support to it’s network of affiliate centres, themselves providing free, high-quality debt advice and financial capability services to communities across the UK.
Our supporters are more than funders, they are a crucial part of the work we do. We are passionate about ensuring our supporters feel connected, engaged, inspired and committed to tackling poverty in the UK through CMA. The Fundraising Manager will give our supporters the best experience of Community Money Advice and the CAP Group.

Operations Support Manager (UK North)
- 16 hours per week (0.4 FTE)
- Fixed Term Contract (6 months) with potential for extension
Our Operations Support Managers (OSM’s) are at the very heart of CMA’s service delivery; as an OSM you will be meeting with CMA Affiliate centres in person and online, supporting them to deliver excellent debt advice and client support in their communities.
This is a fixed-term role to support service delivery across the north region during a period of increased operational need.
The role may include supporting different centres or regions depending on business requirements. There may be potential for the fixed-term arrangement to be extended, subject to organisational need and funding.
