CMA TRAINING
At this present time during COVID, all of our training is online using Zoom. A computer with internet access along with a working webcam and microphone will be required. We will start to resume face to face training, when local and national conditions allow.
Booking Training
If you wish to book onto one of our existing training days, please do so on those listed below. If your required training is not available, please email [email protected] with your requests, as we may be aware of future training dates which have yet to be confirmed and we can advise you accordingly.
For any general enquires about training please email [email protected].
Training Day Fees
All CMA training days are £95 per person per day, except for Generalist Part 2 and Generalist Part 3 training days which are £85 per person per day.
CMA Affiliate centres qualify for a £30 per person per day discount. Please select 'CMA affiliate discount' after you have clicked 'Add to Cart' and the fee for that day will be reduced by £30 per person. You will need the name of your CMA Affiliate centre along with the name of the authorising manager to activate the CMA Affiliate discount.
Joining Instructions
In order to streamline our booking process we send joining instructions ONE WEEK before the date of the training day. If you have booked onto a training day and haven't received your joining instructions within 5 days of the training day date, please email: [email protected].
Training Manuals
Hard copy training manuals need to be posted to delegates before the training days. A postal address and postcode are required when booking, to which we will post the training manuals at the same time the joining instructions are sent. There is no requirement for any pre-reading of the manual before the training day.
Cancellations & Refunds
Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy before booking training: Online Training Booking Cancellation/Refund Policy
PLEASE NOTE: In the UK, your organisation must have FCA authorisation before you can practice as a debt adviser.
I have trained with Community Money Advice and started as a volunteer at the church, giving debt advice and enjoying every minute of it. I have now been able to secure a part time paid job as a debt adviser. This opportunity has given me a secure and hopeful future.
