CMA Level 4 Award in Casework/Specialist Debt Advice

The CMA Level 4 Award (MaPS Accredited at Casework/Specialist Level) builds on the knowledge and experience gained from completing the CMA Level 3 Award and practical debt advising.

This course comprises three face-to-face training days (Parts 4, 5, 6) as well as two post-course online assessment tests (after attending Parts 5 & 6) which must be completed and a pass mark of 75% gained within two months of attending the Parts 5 and 6 training days. There is some post-course "homework" to be completed between attending Parts 4 & 5 (approximately 1-2 hours) and some pre-course reading before attending Part 6 (approximately 30 minutes).
