CMA Prayer Week

As our 16th Annual CMA Envision Conference approaches, I would like to invite you to join us for our CMA Week of Prayer.  Ever since our very first CMA Centre in Burgess Hill opened its doors to clients after my very clear call from God in 1997, prayer has been at the heart of Community Money Advice.

In the last 20 years, we have grown from that single debt advice centre to 159 CMA centres and satellites across the UK, with 1,200 staff and volunteers drawn from churches, community groups, councils and more, having tremendous impact on communities throughout the UK.

In the last 12 months alone, our debt advice centres have helped 5,328 families manage debts of over £54 million.

On behalf of the CMA team, I would like to thank all of you for your dedication and commitment as you serve the people in your local communities, enabling them to find freedom from debt and giving them real hope for the future.

We know how prayer changes things, so as we prepare for the Annual CMA Envision Conference (2nd - 3rd November 2018), and look ahead to another year in the life of the CMA family, we invite you to join as we pray through the ‘The Beatitudes of Jesus’ in our CMA Prayer Week Diary*. In the prayer diary, members of the CMA Staff Team reflect on one (or two) of the beatitudes each day and offer points for thanksgiving and prayer.

We hope and pray that as you meditate on Jesus’ words and how they relate to you in your vital role as a member of the CMA family, you will be encouraged and blessed.

Love

Heather Keates, CEO, CMA
