CMA Job Opportunity - Hub Senior Debt Adviser

With the fast expansion of demand for CMA Hub Advice services, we are looking to appoint a:

CMA Hub Senior Debt Adviser

£26K FTE | 32 hours (4 days) per week flexi-time
Location: Based at home (remote working)

This role is to provide debt advice for CMA Connect Centres and external agencies, remotely, employing phone, email and Zoom. You will be responsible for a growing caseload of newly trained advisers, overseeing their cases to the point of signing them off for independent advising. Also as a senior debt adviser you may be required to conduct file reviews for other staff members. The role would suit an experienced adviser who enjoys a fast paced environment, can manage a high caseload, is resourceful, and enjoys a challenge! You need two years experience as a debt adviser, and to have successfully completed CMA’s Level 4 generalist
training course, or equivalent. You would be joining a friendly and supportive team of advisers, dedicated to helping clients in need across the country.
