If you would rather apply by post please download the Application Form and post it to us with the relevant fee.

Membership costs

(CMA membership includes AdviceUK membership)

Year one: £775 (reflecting CMA's greater costs during the set-up year) 
Year two onwards: £250 per annum by Standing Order (£275 if not paid by standing order)
