1. What We Collect

If you become a member of Community Money Advice we may collect and use information relevant to the administration of your membership such as name address, email address, usernames or passwords, etc.

Should you choose to purchase resources from CMA,we may collect information relevant to the processing of your order.

2. How We Use Information We Collect

Any personal information will only be used for direct purposes of Community Money Advice. We will not sell, trade or rent your information to third parties without your permission.

We may give your contact details to third parties so they may contact you, if you have requested we do so. This would typically be if you have requested we put you in touch with a local debt advice centre. We will never pass on more than basic contact details without your express permission.

Information will never be passed to organisations outside of the United Kingdom without your express permission. Any organisation within the United Kingdom to which we pass information will be bound by the Data Protection Act 1998.

3. How We Store Your Information

4. Accessing or Changing Information We Hold

Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you are entitled to a copy of all the information we hold on you by submitting a Subject Access Request. We will, on request, change any information we hold on you which is incorrect or misleading. We will also, on request, delete any and all information held on you.
