Community Money Advice is run by our National Director and founder, Heather Keates. Heather has spent over 10 years working in the field of Debt Advice. Currently as well as running CMA, Heather sits on the Consumer Indebtedness Working Group, looking at issues surrounding personal debt in the UK

John Franks is CMA's Operations Manager, responsible for CMA services, projects and planning. He has worked in a variety of senior operations and project management roles in both the retail and charity sectors, and joined CMA in 2007.
